Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC69 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,776 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC69-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, RNA catabolic process, and Nucleic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with LRRC69 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC69-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC69 results are reported.
