LRRC66

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC66 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,653 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC66-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS2_S299, SORBS2_S302, and PPP1R13L_S84. Each is linked with LRRC66 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC66-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC66 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC66→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC66) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
