LRRC66

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC66 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC66-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM131L, C20orf85, and CHST12. Each is linked with LRRC66 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC66-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC66 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC66→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC66) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
