Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC61 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC61 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher LRRC61 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC61 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
MESO, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where LRRC61 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
