LRRC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,863 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC21B, DPCD, and CAPS. Each is linked with LRRC6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC6-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC6 versus TTC21B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
