Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,917 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH14, RAB36, and DNAL4. Each is linked with LRRC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC6-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC6 results are reported.
