LRRC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, p21, and TFRC. Each is linked with LRRC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC6-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by LRRC6-low versus LRRC6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
