Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,310 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Striated muscle contraction. Each is linked with LRRC6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC6-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC6 results are reported.
