LRRC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRORY, DAZ3, and GJA8. Each is linked with LRRC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC6-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRORY grouped by LRRC6-low versus LRRC6-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
