The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher LRRC58 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC58 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.
OV and LIHC are the cancer types where LRRC58 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
