LRRC58

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,980 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC58-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UMPS, FXR1, and GSK3B. Each is linked with LRRC58 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC58-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC58 versus UMPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC58→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
