LRRC58

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC58 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,773 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC58-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHRS4L1, SLC7A11-AS1, and SSX2IP. Each is linked with LRRC58 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC58-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC58 versus DHRS4L1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC58→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
