LRRC58

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC58 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 258 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC58-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, E2F1, and DHODH. Each is linked with LRRC58 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC58-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF5A grouped by LRRC58-low versus LRRC58-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC58→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
