Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,951 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC58-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, Nuclear division, and Error-prone translesion synthesis. Each is linked with LRRC58 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC58-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC58 results are reported.
