Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC56 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC56 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LRRC56 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC56 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, HNSC, and OV are the cancer types where LRRC56 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
