Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC55 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC55 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher LRRC55 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC55 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC and MESO are the cancer types where LRRC55 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
