LRRC55

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,312 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC55-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJA2, ARHGAP31, and CD248. Each is linked with LRRC55 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC55-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC55→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
