LRRC55

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC55 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 555 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC55-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3BP1, PIK3IP1, and SUN2. Each is linked with LRRC55 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC55-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC55→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
