Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC53 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC53 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher LRRC53 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC53 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SARC are the cancer types where LRRC53 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
