Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,471 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC49-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, CTSC, and FAM98B. Each is linked with LRRC49 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC49-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC49 results are reported.
