LRRC49

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC49 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,472 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC49-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA3, CTNND2, and SNORC. Each is linked with LRRC49 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC49-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC49 versus KPNA3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC49→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
