Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,494 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC49-associated genes across cancer lineages are THAP10, ICA1L, and TRPC1. Each is linked with LRRC49 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC49-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC49 versus THAP10 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
