Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC46 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC46 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LRRC46 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC46 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, LSCC, and UCEC are the cancer types where LRRC46 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
