LRRC46

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,291 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC46-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR19, WDR35, and IFT88. Each is linked with LRRC46 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC46-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC46 versus WDR19 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC46→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
