Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC46 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,825 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC46-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH12, C1orf87, and SPEF1. Each is linked with LRRC46 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC46-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC46 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC46 versus DNAH12 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC46→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
