LRRC45

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC45 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,887 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC45-associated genes across cancer lineages are RP1, CFAP94, and DNAH7. Each is linked with LRRC45 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC45-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC45 versus RP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC45→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
