Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC45 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC45-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with LRRC45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC45-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC45 results are reported.
