Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,098 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC45-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Replication fork processing. Each is linked with LRRC45 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC45-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC45 results are reported.
