LRRC42

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,443 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC42-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS1, TTC4, and NASP. Each is linked with LRRC42 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC42-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC42 versus CTPS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC42→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
