Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,077 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC42-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle organization, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with LRRC42 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC42-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC42 results are reported.
