LRRC42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC42-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSTL1, PLCZ1, and XAGE5. Each is linked with LRRC42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC42-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSTL1 grouped by LRRC42-low versus LRRC42-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC42→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
