LRRC40

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC40 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,118 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC40-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDC1, SRSF11, and THOC5. Each is linked with LRRC40 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC40-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC40 versus NDC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC40→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
