LRRC40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC40 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,795 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC40-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD1P2, ARGFX, and RNU1-62P. Each is linked with LRRC40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC40-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD1P2 grouped by LRRC40-low versus LRRC40-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC40→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
