Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC40 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC40-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Cyclin-B1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with LRRC40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC40-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC40 results are reported.
