Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,601 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC40-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP1, SGO2, and XPO1. Each is linked with LRRC40 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC40-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC40 versus USP1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
