LRRC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,949 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CACNA2D1, TBC1D2B, and TCF20. Each is linked with LRRC4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC4 versus CACNA2D1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
