LRRC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,622 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDM1, ZNHIT3, and BRI3BP. Each is linked with LRRC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RDM1 grouped by LRRC4-low versus LRRC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
