LRRC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,351 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with LRRC4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination grouped by LRRC4-low versus LRRC4-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
