Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC3C RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC3C data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LRRC3C RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC3C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UVM show a favorable association.
BLCA, UVM, and KIRP are the cancer types where LRRC3C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
