Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC37A3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC37A3 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LRRC37A3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC37A3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and LUSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, PAAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where LRRC37A3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
