The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LRRC37A17P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC37A17P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LGG show a favorable association.
KIRC, LGG, and CESC are the cancer types where LRRC37A17P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
