LRRC37A16P

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC37A16P RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC37A16P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LRRC37A16P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC37A16P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, LUAD, and MESO are the cancer types where LRRC37A16P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
