Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LRRC37A14P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LRRC37A14P expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LRRC37A14P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, LRRC37A14P RNA expression shows 6,827 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, LUAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where LRRC37A14P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
