LRRC32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,257 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, SNX9, and KANK2. Each is linked with LRRC32 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC32-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC32 versus RSU1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC32→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
