LRRC32

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC32 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,496 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC32-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNE4, CRISPLD2, and COL5A3. Each is linked with LRRC32 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC32-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC32 versus KCNE4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC32→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
