Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC32 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,684 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HEPH, ARHGEF17, and DIP2C. Each is linked with LRRC32 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC32-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC32 versus HEPH in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC32→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
