LRRC32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,715 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC32-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP2, GEMIN2, and SRP54. Each is linked with LRRC32 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC32-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PARP2 grouped by LRRC32-low versus LRRC32-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC32→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
