Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC32 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC32-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC_pS79, Tuberin_pT1462, and ACC1. Each is linked with LRRC32 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC32-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC32 results are reported.
