Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,424 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ERAD pathway, COPII-coated vesicle budding, and Response to topologically incorrect protein. Each is linked with LRRC32 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC32-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC32 results are reported.
