LRRC31

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,942 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC31-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYM, FGF1, and SIRT3. Each is linked with LRRC31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC31-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC31 versus CRYM in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC31→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
